Eric Mungufeni Adroa

Eric Mungufeni Adroa supports CDC’s commitment to evidence-based programming, accountability and continuous learning. He contributes to monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) systems that help the organisation track progress, assess results and understand the changes its programmes create.

His responsibilities include coordinating data collection and analysis, supporting programme reviews, documenting lessons learned and contributing to donor reporting. Through this work, he helps CDC improve programme quality and strengthen accountability to communities and partners.
