CDC Official Podcast: Under the Tree Podcast
Under the Tree Podcast is a community-centred storytelling platform by Community Development Centre (CDC) that brings together voices that matter: people with lived experience, community leaders, women, youth, innovators, development practitioners and stakeholders from the communities where we work.
Inspired by the traditional gathering space under the tree, where generations have come together to share wisdom, resolve challenges, build relationships and strengthen community bonds, the podcast creates a space for meaningful conversation, learning and exchange.
Through authentic stories and inspiring discussions, Under the Tree Podcast explores community-driven solutions, resilience, peacebuilding, inclusion, innovation and sustainable development. It amplifies local voices and highlights the ideas, experiences and actions shaping stronger and more empowered communities.
Just as the tree represents roots, identity, belonging, growth and resilience, Under the Tree Podcast is a place where stories take root, voices are heard and solutions grow from the community.
