A cross-border Humanitarian–Development–Peace (HDP) Triple Nexus project working to strengthen community resilience, enhance food security, protect natural resources, and foster peaceful coexistence across displacement-affected border communities in Uganda and South Sudan, implemented in partnership with Caritas Switzerland and funded by the Austrian Development Agency.
