Empower 360 Youth Thrive equips 6,000 out-of-school young people in Rhino Camp Refugee Settlement and surrounding host communities in Uganda with practical skills, vocational training, digital savings groups, and access to financial services. Implemented under the Empowering Youth through Data and Community Development (EYDCD) programme, supported by the Children’s Rights and Violence Prevention Fund (CRVPF) and the Mastercard Foundation, the project promotes youth empowerment, economic inclusion, and sustainable livelihoods.

Through training in agribusiness, digital marketing, multimedia, motorcycle mechanics, and other vocational skills, the initiative helps young people strengthen their financial capabilities, access employment and entrepreneurship opportunities, and build more secure futures.
