Harriet Sunday John

Harriet Sunday John leads CDC’s human resource management and organisational development functions, supporting recruitment and onboarding, staff administration, personnel records, workplace policies and staff welfare. By promoting fair, organised and accountable people-management practices, she helps create an environment in which staff can contribute effectively to CDC’s mission.

Her work also supports internal coordination, organisational culture and the development of a team equipped to deliver programmes responsibly and effectively.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Catholic University in Juba.
